This Financial Advice Could Dramatically Improve Your
Finances
Thanks for
visiting Financial Advice For Beginners!
This site is focused on two areas of personal finance:
1. How to eliminate your financial stress by managing the money and income you already have.
2. How to increase your income and become financially free.
If you’ve done any reading on personal finance I’m sure you’ve found that almost all of them preach something along these lines.
If you want to become wealthy, save more money and invest it for the long term.
There’s really nothing wrong with this type of financial advice, it’s worked for millions of people over the years. But it is possible to get wealthy even faster if you can also increase your income. By focusing on both areas, you can become wealthy even faster.
I’ll illustrate using two examples:
- You’re currently in a career earning $50,000 per year and you dutifully invest 10% of your income in tax deferred investments which are earning you an average return of 8%. After 30 years you would have just over $600,000 in savings.
- You’ve increased your income and are now earning $150,000 per year. You still put the same 10% of your income away into the same investments as above. In this scenario, after 30 years you would have over $1,800,000. Plus, with an income of $150,000 per year, you would enjoy a better quality of life while you’re working towards retirement.
Making more money will allow you to save a LOT more money and enjoy a better quality of life along the way.
But this site isn’t just about making and investing money…
It’s also got advice about:
- Insurance (all types)
- Budgeting
- Frugal living tips
- Managing and eliminating debt
Ultimately, Financial Advice For Beginners is about helping you eliminate your financial stress. Once we’ve taken care of that, then we’ll help you become financially free.
